| Lori Hutchinson started her career in hospitality human resources at San Francisco's Stanford Court Hotel in 1978. In 1982 she opened Campton Place Hotel as Director of Human Resources and stayed in that position until 1986 when she accepted the position of Director of Human Resources at Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa. In 1993 Lori founded Hutchinson Consulting. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the International Spa Association (ISPA). Lori was born and raised in Des Moines Iowa, graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Arts degree, and is the mother of two-Kate and Tucker. Click here to email Lori
| | Bill Hutchinson served as Associate Campaign Director for United Way of the Bay Area in the 1970's. In the early 1980's, as a partner in Otter Hutchinson & Associates, he provided consulting services to Bay Area nonprofits, and then directed The Interfaith Task Force on Central America. Bill is an ordained minister of the United Church of Christ and an award-winning author for his book: When the Dogs Ate Candles: A Time in El Salvador. He is a graduate of Pomona College, holds advanced degrees in Education and Theology, and lives in Sonoma, California with his wife and business partner. | | | Bette Kolstad came to Hutchinson Consulting in 2002 and has successfully focused her recruiting efforts on the spa industry for several years. Bette led the Customer Care department at Verio Web Hosting during the "dot.com" boom. Prior experience included managing offices at various Architecture and Planning firms in the San Francisco Bay area. Bette was instrumental in implementing a new database for Hutchinson Consulting which today facilitates sourcing and matching 12,000 hospitality management candidates for our clients nationwide. | | Jane Schneider joined Hutchinson Consulting in 2004 with over ten years of experience in both Human Resources and Accounting. Jane is a local Northern Californian and has spent her entire life in Sonoma and Marin Counties. Prior to joining our team, Jane was the Director of Human Resources for Viansa Winery & Italian Marketplace, America's premier producer of Italian Varietal wines. In addition to Viansa, Jane spent ten years as Controller of Dowling Magnet Company, an award winning educational toy manufacturer. Jane lives in Northern California with her husband and son. | | Jose A. Luciano draws from a broad range of experience at many properties including the Five Diamond Marriott's Camelback Inn in Scottsdale, Arizona. After holding various HR positions, Jose became Director of Associate Relations for the Orlando World Center Marriott Resort-Marriott's largest property. He worked with Marriott's Vacation Club corporate office before joining Hutchinson Consulting in 2006. He received his BS degree in Restaurant and Hotel Management from Purdue University and was certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) in 1999. Jose lives in Sonoma, California with his partner. A native of Puerto Rico, Jose is fully bilingual in Spanish. She spent four years with Hyatt Hotels, and then moved into Human Resources with The Pebble Beach Resorts and The Resort at Squaw Creek. Julie spent thirteen years working for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, where she was Director of Human Resources at many domestic and international properties.
